Rodeo Entry Forms
Mail your rodeo entry forms to the Rodeo Secretary, Jenny Henicke, PO Box 1330, Three Rivers, TX 78071. Late entries will be accepted only if in the Rodeo Secretary's hands on the Monday preceding the rodeo. If your entry is not postmarked by the first deadline, you will owe a $30.00 late fee. No changes or refunds after the books are closed on Monday. There will be a $30.00 fee for any returned checks. If a check is returned for insufficient funds, you will be put on a cash basis. DO NOT FORGET APPROPRIATE SCHOOL OFFICIAL ORIGINAL SIGNATURES ON ENTRY FORMS FOR EVERY RODEO!

- NHSRA Membership Application - Signed
- Minor Release - Signed & notarized
- Photo Release - Signed & notarized
- Membership Dues of $240 made payable to: THSRA
- Copy of report card as of May 2011
- Copy of birth certificate
- Copy of Coggins for any horses that will be used at any THSRA event
- Optional: Adult Membership Application with fee of $10.50 per adult
Additional Membership Requirements
State Requirements:
- Each contestant must sell 15 Dodge Raffle Tickets - Due by December
- Each contestant must sell a $50.00 Ad for the State Finals Program - Due by December
- Each contestant must sell a $50.00 Bloomer Trailer Raffle Ticket - Due by December
- Each contestant must obtain $100.00 in sponsorships - Due by October 8, 2011
